Refund policy

At IVAURA, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Change of Mind & Sizing
We accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unused and returned in its original condition with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind or sizing returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your scrub set for another size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags cannot be accepted for change-of-mind returns.
